Description

For the major sporting event of the region, we created a tent landscape of 800m² in size on the sports field in Niederselters for the approximately 400 VIP guests. We were also responsible for the equipment - from the furniture to the cake forks. The scope of supply included: Banquet and bar tables with matching chairs as well as china, glassware and cutlery.

During the Dream Game 2012, about 19,000 visitors had to be catered for. For this purpose, we provided all the sales stands in the form of pagodas with an area of 5x5m, including equipment - such as sales tables or grills. We were also responsible for the sanitary facilities and placed toilet containers with holding tanks around the sports field. This included a handicapped-accessible facility with ramp and holding tank as well as an exclusive VIP toilet trailer.
