All large construction projects start with site equipment and infrastructure. There is often a lack of suitable roadways for trucks carrying heavy loads or the transport of heavy equipment. Load distribution panels such as Groundprotect M can provide a quick and easy remedy. Solidly connected, individual panels create hard-wearing lanes on which people and machines can travel safely, while at the same time protecting the subsoil. Our load distribution plates have successfully undergone strength and deformation analyses and are certified. They achieve excellent values both in point load tests and in terms of compressive strength and flexural strength. They can also withstand extreme temperatures and are unbreakable down to -40 degrees Celsius. In short, they stand for quality.
Our moving plates are made of plastic and have significant weight advantages over a steel moving plate. They can be quickly and easily transported to the respective site of operation by semitrailer trucks and installed there. Our specially trained employees do this for you and also dismantle the lanes created in this way when they are no longer needed. You benefit from short assembly, dismantling and installation times.
Rent or buy - with our load distribution plates, the choice is yours. Which solution is the most attractive for you depends on how long and how often you want to use the plates for load distribution. However, an important aspect can be that a rental model saves your CO2 balance completely. We will be happy to advise you individually and also offer you longer-term rental periods.
Every load distribution panel we install for you is made from recycled materials and can be reused as flooring elsewhere. No hazardous waste is generated during assembly and disassembly. Our load distribution panels are NATO certified and meet the highest requirements for stability and slip resistance. That means you can rely on them: When we install our Groundprotect M as a driving plate for you, safe driving tracks are created on any terrain.
We have selected the dimensions of the individual load distribution plate in such a way that the required quantity of driving plates can be transported and delivered with common truck tractor systems. The durable plastic of the Groundprotect M is easy to clean.
