Reorganization in the management of the MUCH Group

Focus on Strategic Development

With the new appointment of the management team, the company's leadership is now consciously adopting a clear division of roles:

  • Manuel Much assumes the role of CEO and heads the operational and strategic management.

  • Ralf Ruffini is Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for internal organization and efficient processes.

  • Stefan Meuser serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer (CCDO) and drives long-term corporate development.

This constellation represents leadership that combines operational excellence with entrepreneurial vision and consistently implements further development in the core areas of hall construction, container solutions, ground protection, and events.

Role of Bernd Much

Founder Bernd Much remains closely associated with the company and will assume an advisory role in the future. With the new structure, Bernd Much is deliberately withdrawing from operational management and will support the management team as an advisor. This role allows him to contribute his many years of experience without bearing day-to-day responsibility.

Strategic Significance of the Change

The realignment of the management goes hand in hand with the consistently pursued growth strategy in cooperation with Ancala Partners, an internationally active infrastructure investor.

Outlook

The new management structure forms the basis for the next stage of development: more efficient processes, clear responsibilities, and the expansion of market positions in Germany and beyond. With the operational management trio and the advisory support of Bernd Much, the MUCH Group is well positioned to further increase its innovative strength, customer focus, and growth.
