Guidelines for using the Fitness Area –

We expect responsible use, consideration for other users, and respectful behavior.

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday
5.00 – 7.30 AM
7.00 – 10.00 PM

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays
8.00 AM – 8.00 PM

Safety Regulations:

  • Training is only permitted after receiving instruction on the equipment. Participation in the instruction is mandatory and will be documented.
  • The studio can´t be used alone. For safety reasons, there must always be 2 people present.
  • Equipment usage: Equipment should only be used for its intended exercises.
  • The consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Drinks: Only closed drinking bottles are allowed in the training area. No glass bottles.
  • Food and its consumption are not permitted in the fitness area.
  • Bags are not permitted in the studio area and should be placed in a designated shelf near the copy room.
  • Filming and photography are not allowed in the studio.
  • The company is not liable for improper use or in case of personal injury or property damage.

Hygiene Rules:

  • Disinfection requirement: Equipment and mats must be disinfected before and after each use.
  • Towel requirement: A clean towel must always be placed on the equipment.
  • Clothing: Suitable training clothing and clean sports shoes are obligatory (no company or work clothes).
  • Changing area: Access to the changing room/shower is located on the north side of the building. This area must be kept clean and tidy. The use of this area is unisex.

Order & Cleanliness:

  • Phone calls are not permitted in the training area.
  • Volume: Music and conversations should be kept at an appropriate volume level.
  • Cleanness: The training area must be left clean and tidy.
  • Training materials such as weights, dumbbells, and exercise mats must be returned to their designated places after use.
  • Damages must be reported immediately to the management.
  • Trash must be disposed of properly.

Health:

  • Illness: If you have symptoms of illness, you must refrain from training and not enter the fitness area.
  • First Aid: Injuries and accidents must be reported immediately to the management.
  • First aid kits are located at the designated spots.
  • Warm-up: A proper warm-up before training is mandatory to prevent injuries.

Rule violations:

  • Consequences: In case of violations against the rules, the person concerned may be banned from training.
  • In case of repeated violations, the principle of equal treatment will be enforced, leading to a training ban for everyone.
